Walgreens Pharmacy

Have script filled monthly and they never have the whole amount. They didn't address the problem from the beginning and ultimately I'd been short doses of my blood thinner. Instead of calling the doctor and correcting the problem I was given the run around each month. Very rude and was hung up on by management they don't do there job never ever at any other Walgreens had this type of problem!! Management sucks and they need a new team nothing but chaos there

I'm not sure what's happening with Walgreens as of late but their concern and care regarding patients is almost nonexistent. It seems a lot of companies are moving away from good customer service and that'sa shame. I personally tried to call to check the status of my script only to find the phone system was down. After relaying this to the pharmacist, you would think they'd take action as scripts get called in every day. Instead, nothing was done and my nurse/doctor couldn't get the script to the pharmacy. After four attempts and me literally handing the phone to the pharmacist, I was finally able to make some headway on getting my script filled. My message to Walgreens is simple. Hello, I'm still on the phone. I called and talked to a pharmacy technician and asked if my medication can be ready tomorrow instead of monda because it got called in last week. I'm supposed to take it every day I got disconnected or the phone hung up. I called back and same thing happened. I called one last time and auto voice told me everyone's busy. I understand pharmacy's can be busy. But i need to take my medication everyday and just need to talk to the pharmacist please. My script got called in last week and it's still not ready or won't be ready until Monday. Not a good place to get your medication refilled at all

This Walgreens pharmacy is junk. There's no good time to go. You go when they open and wait 20 min. I went to p/u script yesterday at 5pm and had to leave. The drive-thru was 7 cars back and the line inside was not any better. I really only use this pharmacy primarily because it is 24 hours and it's the closest for me. I've had pretty much all positive experiences with this pharmacy. They are pretty busy most of the time but I believe that is due to their location mainly, and it's not their fault necessarily so I did not take off stars for that. The reason I took off a star is because a few months ago when I filled one of my prescriptions there, they only dispensed half the quantity it was allotted for (dispensed 30 tabs when my prescription was for 60 tabs). And this case was particularly important as this was for a controlled medication as well.
