Five stars for Dental Studio 920! I started coming here because my fiancé had such a great experience after years of dental trauma. When I first called I didn't even have insurance and was drowning under a 4,000 dollar estimate. I called eight different dental colleges but none could help me or beat that price. The girl at the front desk was a lifesaver and by just asking if I had Humana?... Because of her help I got a Humana plan and my total cost for the entire year including my premium and deductible is only 1,500 dollars! ​The experience has been amazing. I had a great experience at dental studio 920. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist we're all very professional. They listened to all my concerns and made a plan to address them.I had a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit. LB

I was so happy with my experience as a new customer. When it comes to the dentist, I have horrible anxiety and honestly I try to avoid going at all. But when I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everybody was so nice. My hygienist Alyssa had a smile on her face when she greeted me, and she asked me questions to get to know about me and my family. She took her time, explained everything to me, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She even offered a pillow and a blanket! It was the first time I was actually able to relax in the dental chair. Dr. Schmitt was amazing as well! He took his time and explained everything he was doing and why. I’m so glad I made the switch!

Maybe their dental work really is amazing, but the lack of communication and bait-and-switch advertising are a completely different story. As a Web Architect, I genuinely appreciated that they offered an online scheduling option—that was a major plus and part of why I chose them. Their website is clean, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. Honestly, that’s the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. After seeing all the glowing reviews, I booked an appointment. Their promo clearly states new patients pay $129, which includes the exam, x-ray, and cleaning. Simple. I was fully prepared to pay that out-of-pocket. But after waiting SIX MONTHS, they suddenly text me less than an hour before my appointment saying I now must pay $153 for a panoramic x-ray. Otherwise, I need to track down my old pa

The staff was fine treated me in a professional manner. But Yes I came out of there more discourage than other places I have been. I felt that the doctor did not have so much experience. Even though they did not take X-rays there because I took X-rays from a few weeks ago. They did not made me a discount. They charged me the full payment. A place that I had to stand in the waiting room because I was afraid that the chair might break. I felt it discriminated for my size. I came out of there feeling awful.
