Urgent Care Provided by BayCare Clinic Emergency Physicians

I’m trying to recall if this was when I was brought to the ER September 16th by Tri County rescue? If this was the case, the entire staff along with emergency surgical team on call was extremely excellent!! Sorry we all had to meet that way. The nurses were super nice and not a bad apple among any of them. My wife is a retired RN, so my love for nurses runs deep and another lady not on that morning, Mickie Foytik is outstanding as well and she too speaks highly of the “entire” staff in the ER. Thank you so much for your care, concern and laughter. God bless all of you and I hope you all have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Due to some bad advice by doctors unrelated to the ER, I found myself in the Aurora Baycare ER, suffering from various systems shutting down! I was most impressed by Allison(I hope I have the correct name)who seemed to either be in charge of that ER Bay, or was the coordinator for the ER team. She kept things moving swiftly and smoothly as the team started 5 separate IVs! Every member of the team told me clearly what they were doing, and why. I was in much pain, and they also monitored that closely, and did whatever they could safely do to ease the pain a bit.

From the moment we walked in to BayCare Clinic Emergency, the physicians were wonderful, explained what needed to be done, answered all of our questions and treated us with kindness. We were in the trauma unit and the care that they gave our family member was what saved his life. We are forever grateful for each of the members of the team that treated our family member.

I’m giving five stars for the care I received from BayCare ER physicians-and if I could I’d give even more. They’re excellent-professional, personable, and kind. The ER team knows how to put people at ease and I left confident I’d received the proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Personable & professional. Very efficient in assessment, informative of tests needed & complete evaluation of patient & tests. Recommendations discussed. Listens to patient & concerns.
