I have been going to Sara at Align Bodywork for a couple of years now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Every session feels personalized to what my body needs at the time. Whether I come in with tension, stress, or specific problem areas, she takes the time to listen and always knows exactly how to help. I consistently leave feeling relaxed, aligned, and so much better than when I walked in. It helps that she creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment, which makes the whole experience even better. Sara is SO knowledgeable and thorough.
