Walgreens Pharmacy

Shout out to Cameron!! Give this man a raise!! He is kind and so patient. I had several prescriptions I was picking up and we were having a hard time finding them all. Only one was showing up. He was determined to figure it out and he did! He is my favorite pharmacist. Truly the kindness and patients he had will never be forgotten! Thanks for help Cameron :)

This may single-handedly be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. To start, I’ve never waited less than 5-7 minutes to be seen. Once seen, I’m told every single time without fail that “the prescription isn’t ready yet, can you come back in 20 minutes” despite receiving multiple notifications that not only is my prescription filled but also ready. I’ve also been told after waiting that it’s STILL not ready. If this was a one or two time issue, I wouldn’t have a problem but this happens EVERY time I’ve tried to go for at least the last 6 months. I’m not sure if their system is messed up or if they are confused but they seem to be continually falling short with their current process. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pickup location at all costs.

Absolutely the worst ever. I called 2 times. The first I waited 15 mins, the second about 10 mins. Then when the lady picked up she asked “how can I help you?” Then as soon as I started speaking she cut me off very rudely and told me to hold on. I waited, she couldn’t help with what I needed and then she hung up on me. I have NEVER been hung up on from someone who works in customer service. This may be the worst pharmacy in west Michigan.

The head pharmacist has always been very kind to me as all as everyone on the pharmacy staff excluding one. When I was prescribed important supplements, the head pharmacist called me and told me that my insurance wasn't covering it but that he'd apply some coupons he found for me. Another time another pharmacist took time out of a busy hour to teach me how to do my injections since I was worried. When I started a really powerful medication, I got a nice call asking if I was doing alright after taking it. I've also had many insurance issues in the past, but the staff has been very patient and helpful with getting it set up. Only one star off since one pharmacist was a bit short with her responses and seemed upset when I needed help. Besides that, I greatly recommend this pharmacy

My Walgreens has usually very good. They are pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist have been amazing. They go above and beyond helping me with my medications.
