Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is a joke. Im just about fed up with all walgreens pharmacies but this one really takes the cake for lack of communication between eachother in the pharmacy and lack of communication with their customers. I can never receive full scripts in one shot its always split up in two. Which they wont tell you that its split up i find out when i get home and open the bag and see i have only 10 out of 60 pills. They have let my child's prescriptions overlaps even tho I requst it on time every month and I cant request any sooner due to insurance, so then meds my son needs daily gets missed. And then theres been times where ive been in there asking for a prescription to be filled they will say 15-20 minutes and then ill get notified that they are out of stock and ill have to get it anoth

I go out of my way to go to this pharmacy! Mike, Sally, Seng... all of the pharmacy staff are amazing! If there was a 10-Star option they would get that! They have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count!!! THANK YOU!!

Michael the pharmacist seems confused, rushed and did not listen to me over the phone and hung up after saying "just come in, we're too busy for this" when I tried to explain my insurance is temporarily numbers written down on my phone (as per my insurance representatives instructions) and not a physical card until March 1 but ALSO my insurance took about an hour to approve my meds. I was on hold for over 30 minutes to be treated that way so I had to drive to the store to get him to understand what I was saying and was still sent home without my prescription because he didn't listen to what I had to say on the phone. And it wasn't easy in person either because I couldn't get him to stop interrupting me because he thought he knew what I was about to say or kept talking about the wrong thing

The pharmacist here is the most professional yet personal pharmacist I have ever known. My insurance wasn’t covering a prescription and he went above and beyond to get it all figured out for me and was so friendly about it. The assistants are also always so friendly and kind. This is the best pharmacy staff I have ever met!

This location has been my pharmacy for over 19 years. Every time I go I am reminded of why I stay here. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and have helped me problem solve numerous times when either my doctor's office or insurance was not responding with needed information. The pharmacy technicians/assistants are friendly and kind when checking me out. I know that I could move to an online pharmacy but I also know I would lose the personal connection if I did. Thank you for making life a bit easier for someone who depends on medication to live
