The tech was absolutely amazing. Retested my hearing after he saw the prior audiology report from a different provider. walked me through my options and we tested some device options. I am now test driving a pair before making decision. I would highly recommend the Hearing Center and am happy I found them
First time visiting The Hearing Center today! I had not had my hearing checked in decades so didn’t know what to expect. It was a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived until my appointment ended. Scott tested my hearing and was very informative and helpful. He explained the details of the test and also the different hearing aids available. He took a step forward by looking inside the ear and was able to show me a magnified view of the wax inside my ear and pulled some out to show me. Highly recommend The Hearing Center in Golden Valley Mn!
For several years now, Sean and now Scott have provided me with great hearing care. I am on my third set of Starkey hearing aids, and even though they get a bit more complicated each time as they add new features, The Hearing Center introduces me to the new models and trains me well. From checking out ear canals, through selecting, fitting and training on new hearing improvements, you will get the complete treatment at The Hearing Center. Starkey appears to offer the best hearing aids with the best in follow-up care.
Scott Benedict is fantastic it was a real pleasure to work with Scott he set me up with some wonderful hearing aids. I can finally hear again,you don’t realize how bad your hearing was until you get fitted with some excellent equipment and Scott did that for me. I think he’s fantastic. I’m real happy and satisfied I wanna say thank you to all the members and workers at hearing center in Golden Valley. Thanks so much for all your help. Scott is so patient and very professional how he works with his clients I was really impressed. Thank you so much.😁👍
🌈Wonderful experience at The Hearing Center as I was 💃🏽greeted courteously at the Front Desk & then Checked by Scott Benedict & 🙏given his analysis that calmed my hearing problem fears🙏. Will be back in 2027 to get update on my hearing issues🙏
