The Urgency Room

I never thought I'd post a review about an urgent care center, but my experience has been so positive that I had to do it. I believe this location is new, which means an incredibly clean facility with tons of amenities and services. It's very easy to get in right away by booking online. I had a bad upper respiratory cold, was seen right away in a large private room, tested for various things, given immediate treatment and an xray. It was fast, comfortable, professional and clean. Everything you want from an urgent care center. My boyfriend caught what I had, and I immediately knew this is where he should go. He had the same positive experience.

Sad to say i have had to go to the urgency room a few times the past couple months but I can’t say enough positives. Each time they met me with comfort, kindness, and compassion. They are adorable and care about you and take their time. For the 2 workers at the front desk today 01/27/26 thank you for your kindness and making me laugh! The doctors help look at everything and make sure you get the right tests. I had questions and they didn’t hesitate answering. They even offered water and snacks! I urge people to use the Urgency Room when able! Best care!

If you are a person of color DO NOT use this urgent care for services. I had to leave this facility without receiving care due to how rude, impatient, condescending and dismissive the nurse was being during check in. She was so disrespectful toward me I literally didn’t feel comfortable allowing her to work on my body for my safety. After leaving this facility without receiving care, I was checked into another urgent care and immediately tested, given Iv fluids i desperately needed and exceptional care. After reading the reviews on this facility I’ve noticed a trending topic amongst all of the negative reviews, they come from people of color like myself, I do not believe this is a coincidence. Consistently stay recommending the Urgency Room to everyone. Genuinely will not find care like this anywhere else in the city. Golden Valley is the newest edition and closest to me now and it is my go to for health issues. Went in with food poisoning today & even tho I’ve been to different locations multiple times, today was by far the best experience I’ve had with them. Took me serious right from the jump & did more than I was even expecting. In an out in under an hour. (And not in a fast capitalism get out of here way) in a way where it’s efficient. Consistently amazing *almost* everytime I’ve used them. Highly highly recommend. Thank you guys !

It was my fist time going to the urgent care. They were very nice and accommodating. They offered a wheelchair for me when I told them of me being dizzy, made sure I was safe to walk a ways for the room with out one. They offer snacks and beverages. they were quick to get to back in a room like 5 minutes flat. They listened to my symptoms and told me their concerns as well. Overall 10/10 experience.
