Worse customer service ever! I tried on 8 different separate occasions to try and set up a massage appointment I already paid for, they would not answer the phone and would not accept setting an appointment except through email. OK, emailed, but they would not return emails or phone calls after numerous tries over two weeks. I never received my massage and was ignored repeatedly to try and set up an appointment. I would NEVER recommend anyone to even consider this place, in fact after goggling the address, I think it's someone's apartment in a bad part of town! Worst experience with customer service ever!

Loved my experience the several times I reserved a massage...the owner also does themed events (Valentine Day💝) hands are gifted!! Left wanting more...will definitely return.
