Walgreens Pharmacy

I waited in line for 45 mins with only 3 people in front of me. When I got to front I had two prescriptions to pick up. It took an additional 10 mins to get them, then I was unable to pay using a $100 bill. Fine whatever. Then I get home only to see 1 prescription. I run back get there just in time before their lunch and she has the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow, the order that had been called in THE DAY BEFORE wasnt ready. Absolutely terrible service.

The 3 times I walked in I waited in line for 30+ minutes. When I reached the window, I gave my information and the employee made a detour to help someone else when he already had my prescriptions in his hand. This happened.2 of the 3 times. I decided on the drive thru the last time and it took 20 minutes to get my meds. There was no one in front of me!

Can never automate prescriptions. Have to call each month to get them filled. They expect us to travel several times a month to pick up prescriptions on different days. Sometimes the automation says they can’t refill and they transfer you to speak to representatives. After a 40 minute wait, she kept interrupting me and showed no apology for delays. I hope these antiquated inefficient businesses meet their end. I won’t be sad when they close. Moving to Costco today after the rude staff interaction.

The photo shop people here are fantastic. The pharmacy is terrible. I wait up to 10 days for common refills. Busiest and slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I recently transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!! Pathetic customer service!!! I called to refill a prescription and waited for OVER TWO HOURS to speak with someone in regards to my request!!! For an hour and I half, I was told they would be with my SHORTLY!!! And it wasn't during their lunch break either!!! They need to hire more staff to answer the phone calls!!!
