I really appreciate the care and effort Jeff and Harmony put into the gym every day. The facility is always spotless, the workouts are both challenging and fun, and the coaching staff is outstanding. The smaller class sizes allow for personalized attention, ensuring proper form and tailored scaling for each member. I also love the sense of camaraderie that Jeff and Harmony foster, which is further strengthened by the amazing members. Coming to the gym has truly become one of the highlights of my day.
WHOAH! Such a great facility to workout. I think the owners are very knowledgeable and that trickles down to all their staff. Match that with fun community events and you've got a sustainable routine 💪😁👍 They even help coach all of your habits outside of the gym so that you make substantial progress in all aspects of your life. CrossFit Ampersand is more than just a gym. You'll love it here.
If I could give CrossFit Amperstand 10 stars I would! Amperstand is serious about fitness, coaching, and community- and they do this with care and attention to the right details. All of the coaches take time to support you on your fitness journey, making sure you are doing things correctly and challenging you to believe in your ability! I love the Amperstand Crossfit community- we are building strong hearts and wonderful friendships.
Saturday partner WOD with CrossFit Ampersand🏃🏻♀️ thanks to the CF Ampersand team and Coach Taylor for making it easy to show up and work out! The place is easy to find; if you don’t see a spot out front, there is more parking in the back. This WOD had a lot of running and their 400m was a great loop on a sidewalk and behind the building. . AMRAP 26 . 40 T2B split however . 400m partner run . 200ft farmers carry 35# Dubs . 400m run
I love the family community this gym brings. I’ve been a member for 4 years and haven’t looked back. This gym is so clean that when I attended a class at another gym I felt so dirty and immediately returned to Ampersand. All of the coaches and members make you feel welcomed and are nothing but encouraging and uplifting for all fitness levels. I love my CrossFit & Family. 💚🤍
