Raley's Pharmacy

Raleys pharmacy in Gardnerville is having serious problems. For refills, I am now having to call them at least 3 times a week. My last refill took 7 days for just a refill. No one even notifies you when they run out of the medicine. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. The line used to go fast, now it is very slow and backed up. Corporate office really needs to take a look at how this pharmacy is staffed and how it runs.

I have been using Raley's pharmacy for 15+ years. In that time I have encountered nothing but exceptional customer service and tolerance towards all customers. Heck, there was one incident that I observed when they had a small backup of customers waiting. We all patiently waited except one man who decided to LAY DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE ON HIS BACK. When it was his turn he continued to lay on his back and from that position talked to the counter clerk. That clerk did not react to him, but kept her cool and continued to help him.

Good pharmacy, friendly, knowledgeable staff. On occasion have had a difficult time getting certain medications in the time frame necessary and had to go elsewhere. Overall, a decent pharmacy to do business with.

Way better than Walgreens

They must take their phone off the hook as it always rings bussy.
