Walgreens Pharmacy

If you have any choice at all, do not use this pharmacy. My script has been sitting with them for over a day, I called THREE separate times today (1st time they said they’ll have it in an hour, second time they said they’ll need another hour, third time they said for sure in one hour it will be ready!) and when I showed up the pharmacist just sneered and said “it’s too early to refill come back another time”. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent, would you trust them to fill your script properly if they can’t figure out when a refill is available? Or just pure negligence and disdain for the customers time? Either way will not be going ever again. 0/10

The WORST pharmacy that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. There can be 2 cars in the drive-thru and you have to wait 20 minutes on line-ridiculous! They have the most unfriendly and incompetent staff. They can't even get the directions of the prescription correct. Unfortunately my prescription plan only allows me to use Walgreens but I will be changing that plan soon. Aggravation every single time you have to get a prescription there. Not sure how they're even still open!

As a medical provider my experience with this pharmacy has been disturbing. Prescriptions never get pre authorizations sent to offices, the representatives answering the phones are not knowledgeable and I’m not able to physically understand what they are saying over the phone. The representative actually hung up mid conversation after getting audibly frustrated because she was asked to bring the telephone nearer to her mouth. Patients medications are life altering and sustaining… it is not funny to be unprofessional and play with patients wellness.

Their pharmacy is getting worse. Phone holds are terrible. During middle of the week I had to wait 30 mins to speak to someone since there’s only one person working. My doctor sent two prescriptions and they claim they never recd it. I repeatedly call them and doctors office to confirm as I didn’t want to blame either Doctor, or pharmacy. Then out of frustration, I changed the pharmacy on the spot and had the doctor’s office send the prescription to a new pharmacy where my mother gets her prescription from. Not only they recd the prescription in a few mins, but it was ready in less than five mins upon receiving it. I am transferring all my prescriptions from Walgreens to a new private pharmacy.

This store is the worst. We were called 6 minutes before our scheduled vaccination and were informed the pharmacy was closed. Then when we called the pharmacy on Saturday to complain, the answering machine states they are closed until Monday. God forbid someone needs their medication. May be convenient for some but definitely not worth it. Go down the street to CVS
