CVS Pharmacy

Went to get 1 prescription , 4 times and every time they say ‘working on it’ other than when they were on ‘break’ . Apparently they don’t communicate with each other and they just look at a computer screen. Technology will never supersede human connections. Every time I co Every time, there is a problem. If insurance doesn’t cover, they simply say ‘ there is nothing’ instead of clarifying. Then you go back and forth between doctor and pharmacy. They seem to not care.

I attempted to use the vaccine registration application. It told me I was eligible for a (COVID) mNexspike vaccine if more than two months expired after the first. OK, so I make an appointment for one and get a notice in my email. So far, so good. A little while later I get another notice telling me it was cancelled because I "doublebooked" it. Any definition I've ever seen means you requested it twice, right? It doesn't state it cancelled both. So I assume it's still on. Nope. Here's the thing, I really hate the vaccine website, it looks like it was put together by a student. But if you can't even get the correct messages you use for feedback to the user, I'd say it's time to get whatever passes for business analysts and programmers not-so-gentle nudged to find new careers elsewhere.

Horrible pharmacy technician, the prescription helped by was named under Yusuf (although i think her name was different she was approximately 5.4 ft, brown girl ) at 3211 rite 27 south, Franklin Park, NJ . She took all my information and told me to come back to pick up my medication after 45 mins when I recieve the text....bit had been almost 2 hours I recieved no updated and when I went to store to inquire, I got to know that after all that 10- 15 of mine wanted earlier since she just linked my name to some other profile and had send update to wrong number... so when I asked that yoy had taken my info and phone number and I had confirmed that information twice how could you send my medication update to wrong number and she just gives me don't care look like I just linked to someone's nam

All the members od the CVS at 3211 are always very helpful. I enjoy going there to get my meds!

I only use this Pharmacy because it's the only Pharmacy I can use with my insurance. Drive-thru pick is not convenient as the lines are way too long and it takes them forever to take care of one customer. If you call them on the phone, they ask your date of birth three times. Pharmacy is busy with minimal staff to serve customers. The wait time for pickup, inside or outside is ridiculous. Some employees are not trained well enough to answer phones.
