I’ve been here so may times and i never leave unsatisfied. The staff is so nice and caring. I love it here. I’m not 100% sure but i’m pretty sure my doctors name was Synthia and she is the sweetest!! love her. I’ve had her before and i’m so happy when i see i have her. She’s the best!

I could write endless positive reviews about Dr. Cynthia Hackbart. I’ll do my best to make this review worthy of how incredible she is as a person and as a medical practitioner. One of the main things that distinguishes Dr. Hackbart from other practitioners I have encountered, is her ability to listen to her patients and make them feel cared for. Dr. Hackbart gives the utmost attention to her patient’s medical needs and concerns. When she comes into the room, you always know that you are her sole priority with zero distractions. Dr. Hackbart never makes you feel like she is in a rush or that there is a set amount of time that she will spend with you. The service at this place was excellent. I was really struggling with my symptoms during the Christmas holidays, and it was a very difficult time for me. Makijah’s warm and compassionate demeanor made everything feel as if it just melted away. She was also extremely efficient and professional in handling everything. While I hope I won’t need to visit urgent care again, if I ever do, she alone is reason enough to come back to this place.

Great place with a great staff! Dr. Cha took great care of me when I came in. And let me tell you I was a mess! I had shingles, a chest infection and developed Bells Palsy. My eye was swollen shut and I looked like I went 6 rounds with Mike Tyson from the facial swelling. He put me on a medication regime that helped immensely and he explained how to get through the worst of everything and ease the symptoms and also what I should expect. They had me do a follow up to see how everything was going and Dr. Hackbart took great care of me too! She took the time to speak with me and answered all my questions! Thank you to the whole team for making it possible for me to enjoy the holidays!
