Stop & Shop Pharmacy

Every month I try to fill my scripts and I get the same excuse it's out of stock and u have to wait . They lie right to me because there busy and they don't want to fill another script . I don't take a common script and it not something that's out of stock every 3 weeks. Plus there rude and make up there own rules. I was told if you don't like it go somewhere else . It's such a shame , south Brunswick stop and shop was my go to and they were fantastic. Needless to say I'm going elsewhere I'm sick of being treated like a drug addict every time I refill my meds.

This pharmacy has been nothing but prompt reliable and kind. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. If there is ever an issue they call to explain in detail what is going on. My in-laws were using Walgreen’s after numerous problems getting their medications on time we switched them over to Stop & Shop pharmacy and haven’t had an issue since. When I go in they ask about my husband, by first name, and about his parents. I see them interact with other customers with the same personalized care. I highly recommend them based on my personal experience.

The staff are very kind and accommodating to their patients’ needs. I have never had a bad experience, and they all work very efficiently to make sure patients get their medications as soon as possible!

TERRIBLE!! My daughters been waiting for a script for a week now! We kept hearing “out of stock, available the next business day after 5pm”, now we’re being told it’s on back order from the Co. No effort to check other stop&shops, No concern for the patient at all! So I call today, Friday 10-21 at 530pm only to be hung up on 9 TIMES IN A ROW! When the pharmacist finally picked up the phone she was rushed and rude admitting to hanging up on me because she’s the only one there!? I needed the name and strength of the medication to call around myself to try and find a pharmacy that had it! I have a family of 6 and will DEFF NOT be transferring our prescriptions over to this pharmacy! I would rather pay before dealing with this service!!

Lovely and accommodating staff; I didn’t need the medication right away but they prepared it promptly nonetheless. Overall great experience!
