Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy is completely disorganized. They cannot find prescriptions on their system in person despite apparently finding them when I was speaking to them over the phone. Now they have to call the doctor to get the medications. Hospital ED sent over very necessary time sensitive medications and apparently their system doesn't have it. I will never use a walgreens pharmacy ever again. Absolutely terrible experience. When your loved one is ill you don't need more problems you need quick solutions. Walgreens in not the place to go if you need help.

I have found this Walgreens to be very friendly and quick with refills. They're a very busy store, but I haven't had any problems thus far. The one thing I do want to point out is this closing on Sunday! That's a HUGE problem and I'm sure for most customers. Only open til 7 and then closed on Sunday.

I LOVE this Walgreens! I have been consistently using this pharmacy for about 2 years now, and they're always fantastic. The staff is kind and efficient, and Melissa makes me feel like I'm reuniting with an old friend! I always leave - medications in hand, with a smile on my face. Thank you Franklin Walgreens for having such wonderful staff.

The pharmacists are helpful and friendly. One thing I do want to point out is the fact that there's miscommunication when you call to ask if you can pick up your medication. The pharmacist says yes, come in. We walked there, and we ate told it's a few days until the prescription could be filled. Which is frustrating in itself, considering we Calle remake sure our medication was ready and we could pick them up. Just to be told, " No, sorry, a few more days." Other than that critique, the pharmacy and their pharmacist are friendly and nice.

Excellent service and help for help with new RXs. Sometimes we need help in using a new RX and the Pharmastin provides excellent help.
