Skylands Urgent Care Franklin, NJ

Everyone was very kind but also quick and efficient. I went in for a suspected broken hand. They checked me in, I waited maybe 10 minutes before I whisked away to the back. I was seen, X-rayed, diagnosed, treated, and on my way in about 30 minutes. I couldn't believe they were apologizing for it "taking so long." Absolutely wonderful experience

The team at the Franklin, NJ Urgent Care is absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go more than an extra mile to assist. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, but I went in on Wednesday and they still found a way to accommodate me. Nurse Jenn was wonderful she went above and beyond to help me get the test I needed. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Best possible experience. I keep coming back here if I need medical support on the weekend. The lady/ies at the front are always pleasant and professional and that's a great experience when you're not feeling well. The young lady who took my vitals and asked why I was here was professional and pleasant as she has been in the past (I was there last year for a tick bite). The P.A. was also pleasant and professional and listened to what I had to say. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. This was a 10/10 visit today. Thank you.

Hardly any wait, receptionist was excellent on figuring out my insurance and the PA I’ve had before and she is really good her name is Meghan. very polite they make the urgent care a little less scary.

Well I have never been to Urgent Care before, had some anxiety, but when I met Oksana, the Nurse Practitioner, I felt very good. She was so pleasant, kind, professional and listened to my questions. If needed, I would definitely go again. Bless her❣️all should be like Oksana.
