Franklin Family Dental : Patricia Piccillo D.M.D.

Highly do not recommend Dr. Piccillo. As a first time patient not only did she not introduce herself as she walked into the room, but she was just extremely rude. she didn’t explain anything to me about my teeth gave me no information or guidance and left me feeling confused. not a good feeling when you’re supposed to be trusting a doctor with your teeth.

I had a simple filling done. I never had any serious issues with my teeth. Mrs. Piccillo tore into my tooth deeper than necessary for a filling. It was strange she was careless and in a hurry. Once the filling was done the staff were sweet. First week the tooth hurt a lot. I was scared and read I should wait two to four weeks after filling. Never felt such pain before her careless actions caused my tooth to crack. I would recommend not to go to this dentist. She is money hungry and doesn’t care for her patients.

Do NOT bring your children to Franklin Family Dental. I have such a knot in my stomach after the care my son received. I witnessed and stop this women from aggressively choking my son while taking an x-ray yelling at him that he was fine and hitting his hands away from attempting to pull it out because he could not breathe and was gagging to the point of throwing up. I had to physically remove the device from his mouth and tell her we are done here. Her reaction to my actions was that of someone who knew what they were doing was wrong and was caught in the act. This women does not belong working with children. A dental appointment shouldn’t be traumatizing, this women seems to take pleasure in making it exactly that. I have been going here for over 25 years and I have always been extremely pleased with the service, quality and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Piccillo is excellent and provides the most up-to-date dental services that are available.

My wife, son and I have been going to Dr. Piccillo for 17 years. The majority of the employees have been there almost as long. Root canals, bridges cleanings, all things dental done right. This is a clean professional environment.
