ShopRite Pharmacy of Franklin

Since the Pharmacy changed their staff last month it has been a disaster. Wait times have doubled.I have the same script for pain meds every month and before the new help came it was ready at 8.30 am like clockwork.Now I'm told I must wait until 11.30.Today I got the run around and she said she didn't recieve the script. A call to my Dr.told me it was sent at 12.30 yesterday.

Very nasty associates at the desk today! My husband went to get a prescription for our son when the "pharmacist" gave him such an attitude and made us feel so disrespected!! Due to this experience, we have moved our business to walmart!

Horrible pharmacy and unprofessional very rude incompetent staff never going to recommend horrible attitudes also should be more bad reviews.

Went to ask for OTC medicine for something specific. The lady that helped me asked the pharmacist who, with an attitude and making faces, just told her to tell me to get something from an isle which I asked I wanted something better or stronger which they have with them and sold without prescription she just said no. Defeats the purpose of asking a pharmacist. First and last time at this pharmacy.
