Rude over the phone and in the drive thru. Definitely need to change up some of the staff.

This turn over from Rite Aid to Walgreens was a mistake! They are so unorganized and unprofessional. While standing in line they couldn't find record of an older gentleman dropping off a prescription the day before. Strike one for me. Strike 2 was I dropped off my moms script and gave her number to call if there were any issues. The lady said it'd be ready in an hour. Fast forward 1.5 hours and they say there's an issue that they have to call the doctor to straighten out. Never once did they call my mother to let her know, the sole reason they stated as to why they wanted the number. Strike 3 was when I asked how long until it's ready, the pharmacist ROLLED her eyes at me and said "I don't know. Have HER call to check in about an hour or so." I will NEVER fill prescriptions here again. EVE

Utilized the automated director which told me no prescription was under my number, called my Dr who said it was sent days ago, called Walgreens back, waited on a lengthy hold. The hold music stopped, someone picked up, then immediately hung up before I could even say anything. I called back, had to wait on hold again, when Brittany answered, I told her I was hung up on and she responds “ok, is there something I can help you with?” Completely ignoring my comment, no apology or explanation.

Linda provided legendary service! I had some bad cuts and needed a larger wrap to go around it and she took care of it.

Needed meds after surgery. Dropped off the prescriptions and was told 30 minutes. Went back to pick everything up after an hour and was told it would be another 45 minutes. On a Thursday mid-morning. Unacceptable. I miss Farmville pharmacy.
