New Age Foot & Ankle Surgery

I recently called New Age Foot and Ankle Surgery in Farmville, VA, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The receptionist I spoke with was rude, had a snobbish attitude, and hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I was also transferred without being told I was being transferred. First impressions matter, and this interaction was disappointing and unprofessional.

Husband had an appointment to get a diabetic check on his feet and to cut toenails. His primary care doctor referred him. Office personnel were not friendly and neither was doctor. All they wanted to do is sell him products. Husband did not go back for next appointment. Very dissatisfied. Did a great job on toenails...just need to work on personnel and bed side manner.

Very rude receptionist. Not sure why you would want that as the first thing people hear or see when calling or visiting your facility. 🤷

Dr. Shah removed my two big toe nails. They partially grow back. They recharge to fix them. No no no thanks.

Horrible. Tried to get me to buy there in products in store. 70 dollar for insoles and 30 for a cream. Didn't even offer to write me a prescription for my issues. Let me leave empty handed. I felt like he was just worried about money and not the patient. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
