I went in for a walk in appointment because I believe I re-injured my shoulder. The nurse was dismissive and TOLD ME I was there for neck pain NOT shoulder pain which is what my main concern was. I told both the doctor and nurse multiple times that my shoulder was the main issue. Unfortunately, I was dismissed each time. I don’t trust the diagnosis fully and plan to get a second opinion elsewhere. The doctor was extremely arrogant and overly confident in himself and the nurse was rude and dismissive. On a positive note, the X-ray tech/nurse(?) and receptionist were very kind and helpful. However, I will not be returning.

Really great experience. Took a while and a couple tries to walk in, but once I got in it was great. Understandable. Every one is busy these days. Check in and nurse were great. My PA was Acevedo i believe. Hope I didn't get that wrong. It's been a long time since I had a Dr. Really listen, but he did. Would recommend 1000%.

While I was given options for care, I am not confident in my diagnosis because I do not feel like I was heard. The nurse and the Dr continually spoke over me. And then were completely done hearing anything I had to say when I said No to PT . They did not even care to hear my concerns about PT not working. Will never go here again.

My wife has had severe pain in her hand for nearly 2 weeks. We tried to make an appointment to see a hand specialist and we were told that the earliest appointment we could get was a month out. After two weeks, she was in so much pain that I took her to the Farmville walk in Ortho clinic. We were told that since she was on the books for an appointment in two weeks, she could not be seen at the walk in clinic! How ridiculous is that! This just substantiates what I have come to expect of medical care in central Virginia! It stinks!!!! ORTHO VIRGINIA IS NO DIFFERENT!

Took my daughter here for an injury, Very clean nice office, the lady at check in was very sweet and the girl that roomed us was very sweet. As far as the provider he was very arrogant, rude and acted as if he hated his job. His x-ray nurse was very rude to my daughter as well. I wouldn’t refer anyone to go to the FarmVille location go to another location.
