Outstanding from start to finish! All of the staff are very professional, polite and caring. FNP-C Mandy Wilkes-Hoffmeisrer is absolutely amazing! Very informative and is always spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommended! A+++++

This visit was for a child. The staff was very friendly including the girl at the front desk and her nurse. The doctors prescribed something that was too strong for my child. Her face ended up looking worst than what I originally come in for. Tried to contact them. One lady told me to stop doing is every day to twice a week. Not once did they say bring them in didn't ask for pictures. Called back to speak to someone else with no luck, no call back. Think twice before bringing in your small child. My child self esteem is lower than before. Will seek malpractice against them.

I am a high school teacher. I made an appointment at Ridgeview Dermatology in September for January 2, a school vacation day, since they were not open late enough for me to drive 35 minutes after school. I arrived 20 minutes early, only to find that my appointment had mysteriously been changed to February. No notice. I had a text from this office sent 5 days ago reminding me to check in online (which I did) for my January 2 appointment at 10:10 am. The receptionist offered another appointment - which would require taking time off from my job. Not acceptable. This office wasted my time and did nothing to make it right. I would recommend that people go somewhere else.

Mandy is one of the best providers I have ever met. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and caring.

Staff and Doctor is very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend
