Farmville Family Pharmacy and their staff are a very kind and strong team. They greeted me with a warm welcome and introduced themselves one by one to me as a "new" patient (I used to be a patient MANY years ago, which I had long forgotten about). They were very supportive and understanding with answering the many questions I had. Especially Crystal, shout out to her especially! She is very sweet and made me feel extra supported in this stage of my life. Stepping in this pharmacy for the first time felt like a big warm hug, as opposed to going elsewhere and being handed my prescription without much of a human connection. Today was my first visit to Farmville Family Pharmacy, and I was highly impressed. Pharmacist Sally Bass came out to speak with me about what this pharmacy offers. Other than prescriptions behind the counter, there’s a wide selection of merchandise on the shelves. There were some wellness teas on shelf by checkout that looked very promising. After seeing seat and back cushions, I decided to buy one each for someone at my office. The personal attention offered here is great!

Pharmacist didn’t deliver my elderly mother’s prescription. Now has no way to receive them until I am in town in a week. Shame on them.

Caring & knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help not to mention the convenience of the location since it is right beside Food Lion in the same shopping center! I can get my groceries and stop in and grab my meds. The free delivery option is perfect if I can not get there during the day. Great place for college students too! If you are tired of the stress & headache of the big box stores this is the place to go. You won’t regret it!

The Farmville Family Pharmacy personnel have always been very friendly, helpful with answering my questions and followup on getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
