Walgreens Pharmacy

I've been going to this pharmacy for two years, and honestly, I don't know why I haven't switched pharmacies sooner. I've had quite a few bad experiences with the women who work there (I don't know their names, otherwise I would definitely mention them). They make unpleasant faces, they seem to be having a bad day, and they're very rude. Many times they tell me my medication isn't ready and make me wait for days, even though I've already received messages confirming that my medication is ready for pickup. The last time, they told me to wait 20 minutes, but an hour passed before they finally helped me, while other people came in and were served before me.

Just horrible. Insufferable AI when you call, then when I wait on hold for 10-20 min, the staff answers and says let me put you on hold, then I was back on hold for a few more minutes until they hung up on me. Ok time to do it all again for the 10th time! The Prescription was ordered 2 weeks ago and the pharmacist I just spoke with has ‘never heard of it?’ Every one I talk to says something different and no one makes any sense. I have NEVER had this much trouble with a pharmacy in my life! do yall even train people????

Absolutely horrible, it took them a half an hour to fill one medication. The pharmacists I have very broken english, which is hard to understand when you're trying to I learn about medication that you need to be taking. The cashiers in the pharmacy don't listen and are incredibly hard to understand. While sitting there for half an hour multiple times the two younger boys, we're leaned up against the counter on their phone.

I've used this pharmacy many times, for many years. I really never had a problem with them, until this year of 2024 in August. I was just trying to look for the hours of operation and came across the review and reading some of the reviews, really surprise me. Because there is a clarification that there is an Asian lady, that works most of the time there and she is nice to a certain point but rude in her actions for customer service. She tells me that you'll have my medication ready in about 15-20 minutes before they're going to close. I still had some time where they confirm could gather my prescription. And then she tells me to wait and it would be about 10 minutes. So I tell her I'm just going to shop around the store for the 10 minutes, but I'm still here, I'll just wait and can you cal

Went to pick up my RX and they didn't have it. My doctor called it in again. Went back and was told it wasn't ready and 3:30pm it would be ready. Back at 3:40 to be safe and told again it wasn't ready. Pharmacist was so rude. I told here I'm going on 20 hours after surgery with no pain meds. She was more worried about the line behind me. The horror stories are true and I will never go back.
