Walgreens Pharmacy

I came in to get a few vaccinations early last week. Ellie was wonderful helping me to determine what I needed, based on my previous history of vaccines, and was able to administer the four vaccines I needed. Very professional and compassionate care!

I went to this location after my preferred pharmacy, Meijer, did not have my Rx in stock. I verified with both, Meijer AND Walgreens on 07/13/20 that the Rx was successfully transferred. Walgreens confirmed the medication would be ready in an hour. I went the following day, 07/14/20. I was told by the pharm tech that the Rx was not in file. I requested they double check or contact the pharm tech I had spoken to on 07/13 to verify. They refused. Instead, I was made to look like a liar in front of all other customers. Pharmacist Joseph raised his voice, was rude and condescending. He went back and forth on how my Rx was not in file and that Meijer had no record of it. He told me he would not call Meijer again as he had already "wasted" 25 minutes of his time. I don't go down easy so I called
