This review is solely for the front office staff. Dr. Rizvi and the nurse who did my intake were fantastic and thorough. However, like previous negative reviews I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient as this group was listed in my network for my insurance, when I called I was told I would receive a call back after reviewing my insurance info, I never got a call back. I called back the next day, as I understand times get busy, and when I called back I received rude service. When I arrived for my appointment, there was no warm greeting or welcome, I had to stand there and look to see who was going to help me. Office personnel is always friendly, professional, and courteous. I have been a patient of the Shah Medical Group for many years. Dr. Shyamani is the best!!! She is always available when needed. Returns phone calls promptly. Enough cannot be said about her compassion and professionalism.

This review pertains solely to the front desk staff. I scheduled an appointment through the LiveWell portal and received text message confirmations. However, when I arrived on the day of the appointment in the morning, I was informed that it had been cancelled by the staff. There was no call or text notifying me of the cancellation—only a message through the LiveWell portal, which I had no notifications for on my phone. You have to manually open the portal to see such messages, especially on the morning of an appointment. In my experience, every other office I’ve visited calls, sends text messages, or at least leaves a voicemail. Dr. Shyamani is a great physician who really cares for her patients. She takes time to listen to you and make sure to give you the best advice and care. Also, no long wait time. I highly recommend her.

Dr Shyamani is a very caring and professional Dr. She listens carefully to her patients and comes up with a plan to solve any medical problems. I never feel rushed. I like the staff as well they are friendly and know their job well. I love this practice!
