Walgreens Pharmacy

Well, a lot of time has passed since the last time I left a review of this place and I’ve done quite a bit of business with them as well… but nothing has changed. I pull to the drive thru this morning for it to be closed. Due to short staff, we ask that you come inside for better customer service, sorry for the inconvenience. We all know they are sorry, save the attempted apology. Customer service is not in this store’s vocabulary. This place is still in a decline. This has got to be the worst, least helpful, unfriendly, laziest, good for nothing pharmacy I’ve ever used. Yeah, I could go elsewhere but there are reasons I chose to do business with Walgreens… I miss Hospital Pharmacy. I don’t get it with these big corporations. They make millions upon millions while every dollar earned comes

This Walgreens is a JOKE. Since the pharmacy staff has changed, the customer service is terrible. I have had all my scripts filled at this Walgreens since I have lived in Dunn. 7 years! The last 3 times I have brought in a prescription to be filled, the pharmacy staff does whatever they can to avoid filling it. The last 2 times I was TWO DAYS EARLY, (it was day 28 on my son's script), and they flat out REFUSED TO FILL IT! Told me to come back on DAY 30!! The insurance went through and everything! They just don't want to be bothered with work! What a joke. Well, they have LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD! Hospital Pharmacy is now my go to pharmacy. Pharmacy always out of medication important to one's health, such has Breztri inhaler for breathing, oxycodone pain medication, albuterol nebulizer ampules for breathing, I could name several more, but what good is a pharmacy if they cannot Supply the medication to public needs? And try to get something transferred... it's easier to pull a long freight train with your teeth. After repeated phone calls from Walmart Pharmacy to Walgreens and attempt to get one prescription. For my granddaughter transferred, after 3 phone calls it is still not transferred. This was the albuterol nebulizer ampoules that was to be used for my 4-month-old great-granddaughter who had double pneumonia and needed the nebulizer treatments very desperately. I am not sure what Ms. Heather's problem was today, November 29, 2020, but she was extremely rude. We are loyal customers of this establishment and all we wanted was some help with finding a vitamin. She clearly pointed us to a product that was not what we wanted and said "I am not famiiar with that product". Didn't ask anyone else. Her customer service skills need to improve...

Regarding the pharmacy: Gross inefficiency, unprofessional phone service, appalling customer care. Disturbing and alarming reflection of health care.
