AFC Urgent Care Dunn

As a disabled military Veteran Ive had my share of emergency rooms, doctors offices and urgent care facilities. But afc sets the standard. Quality care. Friendly interactions. Expeditious service. Wonderful bedside manners. Knowledgeable and kind starr. Really made us feel like valued patients and customers. Very conversationalist. BEST medical interactions we experienced in Dunn especially compared to Betsy Johnson , Med Fast and nEmerg Ortho ( who I would not recommended to ANY disabled Veterans)

Second visit. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Ian saw me both times, he is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Facility is very clean. Extremely convenient that you can make appointments or walk in.

My wife and I have been here several times and we have always had a positive experience. From checking in online and checking in person are quick and professional. The staff are polite and friendly. We are seen very quickly and the providers have taken the time with us and diagnosed our symptoms and given us the meds needed. I was there yesterday and I already feel better. I would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Dunn. Thank you for a job well done.

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care, Dunn and a big part of that was thanks to Diana who works there. She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about every person who walks through the door. She makes the check-in process smooth, explains things clearly, and helps put patients at ease during what can be a stressful time. The whole team is efficient and welcoming, but Diana’s positive attitude and dedication really stands out. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality care and excellent customer service.
