Always a pleasure to have Rachel handle all my many questions about my hearing aids. She is a very knowledgeable and smart person and a great personality.

Pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist was kind, friendly and helpful. She cleaned up my dad’s hearing aids and helped me make an appointment for his next hearing test. Mints and coffee in the waiting area were a plus.

I love the HearingLife office in Dunn! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was visiting a family friend. The staff is kind, welcoming, and truly cares. The doctor took time to talk about how my hearing aids were working, tested and updated them, changed the battery, and adjusted my hearing levels to make sure I could hear clearly. The entire experience was amazing — I felt heard, supported, and valued. Highly recommend!

I can recommend Hearing Life in Dunn NC to anyone needing their hearing checked, new hearing aids, to file a claim on lost or stolen hearing aids, cleaning and/or batteries, etc. I have gone in for each of the above services in the last couple of years. I can only say Rachel & the other staff members there are top notch. No matter how many times I’ve called or come in, they are always patient & helpful in whatever my questions or needs are that day.

My sister and I were trying to find a place where we could get a hearing aid cleaning kit, my sister and my mother were traveling, and my mother could not hear at all. We went to this location and have to say the best person working there great personality resolved our issue gave us feedback on what we need to do when my sister gets back home to take care of my mom‘s issue couldn’t have asked for better
