I called just now to ask about new patient appointments availability because cape fear is booked out until May. The lady was very rude with her tone when she asked me what provider. I told her it didn’t matter to me, just whoever had availability the soonest. She informed me it does matter which provider and their books are open. The line went dead and i thought i lost her so i said “hello are you still here?” And she laughed and said “uh yeah im still here? I just told you our books are open.” She kept laughing and getting a smart attitude with me when I am just trying to seek help. Dr. Saeed is an excellent cardiologist. she was very knowledgeable, pleasant and a calming influence to me as a patient. I would recommend using DR. SAEED should the need arise.

very thorough checkup and conversation with Dr Desai and PA this morning. two students also in on his conversation/ advice! Always explains the “why “ things are going on.
