Walgreens Pharmacy

I had been receiving several calls that my childs asthma medication was ready for pick up. When I get to the pick up window after waiting my turn in line I was told to go back to the end of the line the person at the window said he had to run my child's prescription, but that it was ready. There were 5 cars in line behind me. My child really needed his inhaler, he has severe asthma and it especially flares up during this time of year. I had already been having trouble getting this prescription and was there the previous day for the pharmacy tech to put in the order because they had gotten it wrong when i was picking other prescription up. I had already waited my turn in line for about 20 minutes. I don't think it's fair that my child couldn't get his prescription. It was close to 6

If I could give zero stars I would. The slowest, rudest, excuse making people ever. I call and get put on hold for over 40 min at a time. They always have a reason for why they can’t make the time the app says or will even make up something like I can’t fill your prescription till this date since “your doctor left a note on it”…then when I called my doctor she said she never left any note saying anything and I should be able to pick it up when it was due, still they wouldn’t fill it. It’s a shame, after I pick up my prescription today I will be transferring my business across the street to CVS, they always are friendly and prompt.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Don’t waste your time with them the way they waste ours. We had to leave and come back three times on three different days. They don’t communicate with each other. They have excuse after excuse why it’s not ready, even though you called ahead of time and were told it’s ready. The very first time we were told to come in when they opened the next day, and the script would be ready. First thing in the morning and the male pharmacist was in over his head. He was panicked at 930am and the day didn’t even start. That panic made him very rude and condescending. We pull up the third day at 2pm and we’re told we need to wait 10 minutes longer. Adalyne is a superstar in the pharmacy. There was a mix up and she spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone. That's rare at this location because no one likes answering the phone. I appreciate her kindness.

3 tries to pick up a prescription. 1 - out of stock (after 10 minutes of searching. 2 - couldn't fill because printer wouldn't work. 3 - couldn't fill because it's "stuck in the system." Incompetent. Don't go here.
