Dr. Manlapaz is a great physician. He is very attentive to patient’s needs and always takes the time to explain test results and answers questions. The issue I have with this practice is the communication. You can never speak to anyone over the phone and they don't respond to messages in the health portal. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week now and my next follow up appointment is not until March.

Great doctor after you’ve been gone for a year, they pawn you off on the next doctor and I don’t like that. My doctor and I had a plan and I was going by my plan. The nurse practitioner comes in and says something totally different so I asked to see my doctor And she did not like that so I seat there 25 minutes and my doctor never came so I got up and left and didn’t go back and he never called to see what happened.

Far exceeded my expectations. I haven't been under another endo for about 6 months and on the FIRST visit Dr. M put me on a freestyle libre. I didnt even have to advise that I don't like doing finger sticks. He even had one of the members of his team put it on for me even though I could do it myself. my next appointment isn't monthly it'll be within the next 4 weeks. I've truly never seen this type of care and attention before and i'm impressed. You won't regret making an appointment here

I always have a great experience when I go to this office. The staff are so warm and professional and friendly every single time. I never have a problem with anything because they take care of everything quickly and efficiently. Michelle at the front desk is awesome. Dr. Manalapaz is a wonderful doctor and he knows his stuff! He is very thorough and I've seen first hand how he cares for his patients. 5 stars for Dr. Manalapapaz, his office staff and lab! You are great at what you do!

The front desk people were awesome and friendly. They had smiling faces and didn't ignore me when I approached the window as so many places do now days. The MA was very thorough and did a great job of dealing with my sarcasm and comments. She kept her concentration and yet was personable and pleasant. The doctor came in and was extremely pleasant and personable as well. He took his time to go over all my records that had been forwarded and he explained everything. He answered my questions completely and in a terms I could understand. He spent almost 40 minutes with me on my first visit. It was the best first visit I have ever experienced with a doctor. I would highly recommend him and his office. A++ place and I look forward to being a patient there for as long as I need.
