The pharmacists here are wonderful. They are always available to answer questions and have helped me find over-the-counter alternatives that work. I feel seen and cared for as a customer.

I love this pharmacy. Friendly staff, good communication, they will try to help you find coupons. Much better experience than several others in Duncanville, we highly recommend Italy Pharmacy.

The staff is friendly but the price for medication here is way more expensive than other places. The doctors next door and this pharmacy must be all one place because seems like they try to keep it in house. The doctor will automatically send your prescription next door, then when you try to get it send elsewhere the doctor next door will come up with something to convince you why he cant send it elsewhere. Either if he sends it elsewhere he cant give you refills it will just be one month supply blah blah. This place and the doctor's office next door just want to over charge!! Take your prescriptions elsewhere let me save you the time and cost!!

Called 20 places, this was the only one knowledgeable enough to compound the medication I needed. Friendly service as well.

Fast and easy Covid testing, behind the building. There are signs. 30 min Covid test cost 140$ and the regular test are free. They do not mail the results. You have to go pick them up.
