Prudential Pharmacy

I called to find out if they would be able to help me with a particular medicine and the attitude of the person that answered the phone was very unprofessional! I would not go here.It was the first time I called.And I'll never go if you're looking for professionalism, that might not be the place! I'm not saying that they did not know their craft. But what I am saying is, first impressions are everything, and the first impression was easily in the negatives!!

Used to love this place. Been going for years. Tony was very nice, but now they have a new lady. She is extremely rude on the phone and in person.

Very pleasant customer service, seating area clean. I might've waited 8 minutes to the max. And the wait was because a customer didn't understand but the pharmacist take extra time to explain so she got it RIGHT! Her smile was everything as she walked off. Great customer service thank y'all 🥰

I have been with this pharmacy for over 6 years I moved away and travel 67 miles to still use this pharmacy. Tony is patient and informative and detailed about your medication.

Tony is amazing but the hours on Google and in the window need to be updated. Two people waited for them to open only to find out 10 minutes before they posted closing time that they are no longer open on Saturdays
