Walgreens Pharmacy

I was waiting to check out and witnessed the man working for Walgreens treat an older woman, very rudely. He very bruskly gave instructions on how to make her payment, something she needed no help with. He then did exactly the same thing to me. Odd how clueless he seemed to be about being so obviously rude.

Went to go get a prescription transferred from cvs because they wouldnt take my insurance. The pharmacist that “assisted” me brian was extremely condescending and impatient the whole time, and after waiting around for almost TWO HOURS. They actually managed to lose the prescription itself. I went back to cvs to see if i could just pay for it out of pocket and they had told me it had already been transferred out of their system. So thank you, brian, for denying me the antibiotics i needed to fight off this infection!

Pharmacy staff is overloaded since other Walgreens in Danville shut down. Often the lines waiting for prescriptions is very long. Sale items are often sold out and restocking is slow.

Thank you Brian at the pharmacy for helping find an Rx coupon cost which was lower than the drug insurance plan cost. You did an awesome job.

**ZERO STARS** This place is utter trash, like all Walgreens. It is not a law that a pharmacy can't tell a person over the phone whether they have medications in stock. All Walgreens pharmacies are like this. They should be closed down and prosecuted for discriminatory practices.
