I had a great experience working with Sura. He performed a thorough assessment and identified the weakness in my hip. He is an excellent listener and takes a thoughtful, holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that each patient is unique. His care feels personalized and intentional. I also appreciate that he makes himself available after sessions to answer questions and offer helpful pointers on the assigned exercises. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive physical therapist.

Sura is amazing! I have seen him a few different times over the years for various aggravations (shoulder, hamstring, now ACL rehab). He listens attentively to his patients and then customizes the program to address each issue. He has helped me work toward my goals and I have seen great progress. Investing in my recovery with him has been the best decision I have made. After 8 mos. of general PT after ACL surgery with Kaiser, they cut me loose and cleared me for all activity. 8 weeks later I could barely walk with plantar fasciitis pain, I had lost so much leg strength, and my mobility and activity were not even close to pre-injury levels. Sura has made a big difference in my ability to move and understand my movement. I have a leg discrepancy and a ankle injury which slowed me down and participating in some activities. With Sura guidance and a series of exercises I have been able to strengthen my lower extremities and my back. I was surprised to find that my rib cage was locked up and was inhibiting my stride as I walked. If you were having any issues regarding movement I would highly recommend booking an appointment with move again physical therapy.

Sura helped me with low back spasms that came on from heavy lifting at the gym. Despite being a movement practitioner myself, I needed his expert eye and guidance to sort out what was happening and relieve the spasms. Sura is a gentle, compassionate and generous practitioner who has spent a lot of time honing his skills not just in physical therapy but also in strength training and mobility.
