First dental visit ever = SUCCESS! 🎉 Dr. Lam was incredibly patient and kind with our daughter, taking his time and making sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. He has such a calm and reassuring approach. The office is gorgeous and so clean — you can tell they really care about creating a welcoming space. And the staff? Absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly, warm, and helpful. We left with smiles all around. Highly recommend

Takes new patients. Easy to get appt. On time. Friendly. Very competent and professional. Not rushed at all. Very personable. Dr Partrite took time to introduce himself, shared his background, discussed his approach and philosophy, asked pertinent questions. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to everyone at New Era dentistry for going above and beyond. To make a long story short, I had a bizarre experience with a difficult filling that went very wrong. (It's never a good thing when the dentist says, "I'm sorry." 🤣)... Fast forward to my next appointment when I was geared up for a much more serious (and expensive) procedure. The doctor decided to give it a go one more time with the filling before launching into the bigger job. This time it all went perfectly, and there wasn't even a charge for the redo. 🙌 Highly recommend this place.

Both the Dentist & Dental Technician were very professional & efficient and took great care of the patient as they skillfully inserted the tooth filling.

Dr Partrite and the office staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The care I receive is excellent. I’ve been with them for over 10 years, and I couldn’t ask for a better dental team! A bonus: Dr Patrite’s wife personally decorates the office very creatively🍃🍂
