Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacist here is an absolute joke. Complaints have been filed!

One of the pharmacists is very rude and condescending. I have had prescriptions miscounted.... by 60 pills missing. Very difficult to get a pharmacy rep on the phone. It was much better when it was Rite Aid. Considering switching pharmacies if things don’t improve.

Pharmacy hours. The CVS in Dansville pharmacy is onen until 9pm daily. Coming into town recently and closing so much earlier doesn't seem like a good business move. I've also had problems and time lags getting RXs filled that I never had with Rite Aid (I'm a very longtime and loyal customer). If these isdues are resolved I will remain a customer. Otherwise I will become a new CVS customer.

Update Dec 2022: profoundly disappointed shingles vaccination was not shared with family doctor per their own protocol nor entered into county health database. I was so frustrated trying to learn dates of vaccination ultimately writing their "archive" records department and filed complaint moving my pharmacy needs to competitor.

This pharmacy has come a long way since Covid. The pharmacy is absolutely wonderful to deal with. As soon as they're open 7 days a week I'll be switching my entire family to them
