I was a patient and then my children also. They failed to diagnose my severe anemia for 5 years, saying “I was just skinny”which led to me not being able to swallow, breathe good, dental problems, and lifelong infusions as an adult. They also need to be careful about medical legalities. Some things were said and done that violated hippa.

Does not accept any new patients and there are very little options in this place. Very bad for the community they need to either get more doctors or more facilities. They are contributing to this healthcare desert for children.

Absolutely terrible!! Front desk woman was nothing but attitude. Was at my appointment on time and yet it still got rescheduled!

Rebecca is a very caring and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. I have taken my daughter to see her. She makes good decisions about her health care.

Just not happy with the care my daughter has received here. I reached out to compliance with my concerns and even they do not care. My daughter has been sick at least 7 times in the past 6-7 months. Weve been sent away from this place being told numerous times "theres just nothing we can do for her" and then I turn around and have to take her to the ER where shes been diagnosed with croup, 2 separate ear infections and pneumonia. One of the times, I took her to Stonybrook and pediatrician noticed there was fluid in her ears. Said "if its not bothering her it will go away on its own." She kept having spiked fevers and not feeling well. I took her to the ER and thats when they said she definitely has an ear infection and pneumonia. Gave her antibiotics that should have been given to her
