Walgreens Pharmacy

6 plus hours after a prescription of the most common antibiotic ever has been called in by the DR office and it hasn't been filled yet?? So what do we do? We call of course! Now on hold for 30 minutes and was initially the 3rd caller in line and still no one. If it wasn't for the fact that they are one of only a select few that accept our insurance I would transfer my medicine elsewhere. Now keep in mind, we love most every Walgreens pharmacy but this one is just down right horrible.

The ONLY pharmacy I will deal with. Jen ( pharmacist mgr) and Steph (Lead Tech) are genually 2 of the Best in the business. Never have a problem, and if for whatever Blue Moon reason there's a hiccup, if you talk with them reasonably, it's resolved (and ready for pickup) in less than a half hour. Thank you

Why is there never enough staff in the pharmacy? I have tried to pick up my prescriptions for 4 days and had to give up each time due to the wait or them ignoring the drive thru. Then when I finally get up to the counter (or window) they have an attitude. They need more staff and better training, or customers will go elsewhere. This will probably be my last prescription through this pharmacy.

Today's visit was a bit disappointing. The store had everything I needed, and that was great. But I attempted to get a roll of film developed, and the issues began. The problem started with the film being the old style 110 film, which your website states you still will take in and do. Just don't expect to just run in and run out. It took well over 20 minutes to complete this transaction. I found it to be really disappointing how hard it was for the staff to complete the process. From not knowing a password to make the transaction to not having shipping supplies at hand so it could go out by FedEx. And the last thing to add insult to the whole thing. They weren't sure when I would even get the film back. So I was a bit let down.

If I could I would add a negative 10,,, the pharmacist that waited on me was unbelievabley RUDE!!! Honestly I hope that's not her only attitude because when I told everyone about her, some of them had actually been there and say they would never return because of her, its a choice to be rude, nice, respected and so forth, im not one to let people like her steal my joy so all I can say now is that I also will never return as long as the service at this Walgreens location treat people the way they do!! The service truly needs a makeover.
