All of the staff in Crystal River and Ocala offices are very professional and caring people. My latest visit was with Dr Murbach in Ocala and he did a wonderful job on my extraction. Please do n ot hesitate to make an appointment if you are needing a procedure.

My experience with Dr Patel was fantastic. I had to have 2 molars pulled at the same time. He made me so comfortable and the procedure was very fast. He made sure I was feeling no pain the whole time he was working on me. His surgical staff and office staff were as wonderful as he was. I was referred to Dr Patel because I needed a wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it surgically removed. When I first called I found out they were out of network for my insurance provider so I tried to make an appointment elsewhere but availability was a long wait so I set up an appointment with Dr Patel. I am so glad I did. Everything was great from the friendly front office staff to Lindsey who did my initial exam and Dr Patel was amazing with how easy he is to talk to and how well he explains everything. The fact that they worked magic to get me back in to get it taken care of and ease the pain was amazing. We are changing insurance when open enrolment comes around so it is covered for his office because i wouldn't go anywhere else again.

I recently had oral surgery here and it was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with dental care. The place is clean, welcoming and well ventilated. The staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was kept comfortable throughout the procedure. I have not experienced any pain or swelling. Post op instructions are clear and easy to follow. Dr. Patel, of Citrus Oral & Facial Sugery, and his entire staff are amazing! My husband recently had oral surgery with Dr. Patel. The whole process was thoroughly explained before surgery, including price, (no surprise fees at the end), what to do before surgery and what to expect after surgery. All our questions were happily answered. The day of surgery there was more time to have questions answered and paperwork was sent home for aftercare. The paperwork explained everything. Including what was normal after surgery side effects and what was abnormal side effects. A telephone number was listed that would be answered 24/7. Dr. Patel even called my husband the night after his surgery to check on his recovery. If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go!
