Gardner Audiology

I want to give a shout out to Carmen Ortiz at Gardner Audiology for assisting me with my hearing aids this week. She went way beyond the usual stuff and brought my hearing aids back to life. Her fantastic attitude and huge smile makes it easy to like her! Way to go Carmen - keep it up. You are the best!

Husband had an appointment today and I’m writing to report how wonderful our visit was. And this was due to our lovely Audiology Assistant, Carmen Ortiz. We were there for a routine hearing aid check, and I can’t praise Carmen enough. She was caring, friendly, most efficient and knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile to meet her patients needs, and I’m writing to thank her once and again for her professionalism and kindness.

My mom had an appointment with Carmen Ortiz. She had a problem with her hearing aids and Carmen was very patient and listened to her concerns and was able to fix the problem. She took the time to clean them and replace a missing part and explained to me how to maintain them for her. My mom was so happy she could hear again and loved Carmen’s kind and caring personality. She was awesome!

The audiology assistant, Liam Wolfe was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained and administered the audiology test efficiently. He further explained the test results to my satisfaction.

Pleased with Dr and staff. So kind and caring with my 85 yr old mom. Can't say enough about the way they do business and the compassionate follow up. Ten stars!!! Update, my mom is now 87 and Der. Chen, Geli and Carmen have continued to be so good to her. Always patient with her questions whether big or small. They treat her like family! The extended family couldn't be happier with her care. So now it's officially a family affair. At 66 I have my new hearing aids and love the. Dr. Gardner, Carmen, Liam and Jellie are the BEST! Update six month appt., Liam was awesome at answering my questions and cleaning my hearing aids. Thanks for your caring approach!
