I recently had an appointment for a cleaning and a filling. Danielle was my hygienist and Mike was my dental assistant. Both were very friendly and easy to speak to. They took the time to explain each procedure and make me feel comfortable. It made for a good experience considering I was getting a filling. Highly recommend. Thank you Danielle and Mike! 🙂

Mike was absolutely amazing! He was personable and kind. Made the whole experience of getting my tooth fixed a breeze!! I will be transferring my dental care to this facility because of how nice he was! The doc was kind and did amazing in my filling. Absolutely zero complaints.

Honestly I have had a real unpleasant experience with this office and don't feel like there is a lot of integrity here. They are inconsistent with their billing, issuing estimates that don't match insurance records and then issuing new statements that don't match either - there is no continuity and lots of mistakes. I have never had issues like this with an office before. There was one hygienist that was good, and another that made a lot of weird mistakes. The new dentist, who came in with zero notice, has not done a good job taking care of dental work. Can't say I recommend them.

First, Dr. Matheson was excellent, but left the practice without informing his patients in advance. I had a temp crown done this month, and a new Indian doctor with heavy accent completed 2 weeks later. I should have been informed that Dr. Matheson would not complete the work, and not the day before my actual appointment. The bookkeeping in the past was inefficient and were not clear per additional fees for doing a crown on the same day, so waited to 2 weeks and not paying $200+ co-pay. The low rating is for the bookkeeping and not telling me Dr. Matheson would not complete his work on me.

I made an appointment weeks ago as a new patient. I was told that I would need full mouth X-rays. I said that’s fine as long as my insurance covers it. I gave them my insurance information. I also gave them my panorama X-rays from January of this year. The off ice staff called me a few hours before my scheduled appointment to tell me that I would need to pay for the X-rays and that the panorama X-rays wouldn’t be sufficient. I cancelled the appointment and made one with another Dentist. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat a patient.
