Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is horrible used to be a good one but now the workers don’t care one bit about the patient everytime we go to pick up my husbands medicine they all have an attitude they treat customers like they are a huge hassle. Not sure what the one techs name is but she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I called in scrips on the automated system it read them all back to me then go to pick them up and I’m told you didn’t call that one in not it’s not in the system I’m sorry something must have happend and it didn’t send it thru. No she instead basically called me a liar. And it’s the same girl usually treating us very badly we have never done anything to her they are all rude but she’s the worst. She should not be in customer service.

If I can give a zero I'll do it. These are some of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered in a Pharmacy- this particular location not all Walgreens. They are impatient.The worker who was on the phone with me by the drive-thru threw away the phone and her face was like she was angry because she couldn't understand me,lol, Well if she doesn't have patience,why she is there working. No matter what time of the day or week they always seem like you the customer/patient is a bother. Taking my script somewhere else like Walmart. I can't deal with their ignorance and horrible customer service any further.And that woman is young, white, with black long hair, glasses, like in her 20s.I didn't get her name. I hope you never have to talk to her. She's and ignorant and mediocre worker.,she can'

Rebecca the Pharmacist refused to give me my filled prescriptions over a time difference on pick up. She said she would not give them to me do to my disagreement with her. I had to ask her 5 times as she taunted me. Reported to manager who said she can do that, after being shown its illegal over a personal issue. Its recorded.

Lady in the pharmacy was very rude. I came in close to closing and was in the line before 8 pm there was a white lady in front of me and she stated that that was the last person she was taking with an attitude. I wasn’t tryna to purchase anything told her I just had a quick question she seen I had something in my hand and told me to go to the front before I could even ask my question when I finally asked my question she blew me off and act like she had no knowledge on my question and sent another person over there. I understand you are trying to get off work but it would not hurt to at least see what I wanted before telling me you were closing especially when I was in the line before closing time

Worst place to ever get meds. Never ever again why to many chances and still my daughter could do better by her self. And no respect for the clients. Don't do it
