Needed same day care with a female doctor and she was excellent! Many patients but the office was clean, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better environment. The doctor was helpful in explaining everything and treated me with great care and respect. I really appreciated that. I didn’t just feel like another number. Will use this location again if needed.

I have been to this clinic a few times now, and each time I was treated with respect and thankfully was properly treated. My last visit was probably for when I was my sickest, and I was surprised on how fast and well my treatment plan was. I've normally gone either in the morning of close to noon and never had a big wait time. highly recommend this urgent care

After dealing with severe cold symptoms for a few weeks, my wife and I decided to visit this clinic for the first time. When we walked in, they asked if we had an appointment. We didn’t, so they asked us to scan a QR code and proceed with signing in. The process took less than five minutes. A few minutes later, they called my name to inform me that I was checked in and that it would be just a few more minutes. While waiting, I played Pac-Man in the arcade they have in the waiting room. They also offer complimentary snacks, coffee, and frozen slushies in two different flavors. Soon after, a very kind and professional lady called my name and took us into a room where I explained my symptoms. She carefully listened to everything I had to say. I had a darn good experience, the building was very clean. I looked at walls, equipment, and floors, and they all were clean! Kristen Sinclair is one of the kindest NP I’ve met, She would explain to me my sickness very clear and would explain why i would have to take a certain medication. And she even gave me tips on what I can do when I’m in med school which was very helpful, she is a a great nurse practitioner. and I recommend her to anyone who needs to get help!

Very great care. Also, they knew what they were doing. Unlike ssm urgent care... they were fast, had necessary equipment, and staff were very friendly and professional. We were in and out in no time.
