Total Access Urgent Care - Collinsville

I was incredibly happy with my experience today at this urgent care, absolutely everyone I spoke with from the phone call ahead of time for questions - to leaving after my visit was insanely friendly and helpful. A front desk member (didn’t catch the name) was very nice & guided me through paperwork. The tech Kameron was professional, thorough, and friendly. Lastly the provider, Brittany - she was gentle, knowledgeable, and understanding. I CANNOT recommend this place enough, I left in a great mood due to this team!!

Was one of the best, quickest Urgent Care visits I've ever had. As just a walk in during the middle of flu season, I expected the wait to be horrible. I was in and out, including X-Rays in no time. All of the staff (front desk, nurses, x-ray tech, doctor) were considerate and caring. Will definitely use them again.

The staff was very thorough, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I feel like I received excellent care above and beyond what I was expecting. I will definitely return if I need urgent care services again.

Had the absolutely best medical experience I've had in a long time, if not ever, this weekend. I don't have the paperwork on me so I'll have to update with the doctor's name but she and Thomas the clinical tech were absolutely phenomenal. Even the front desk staff was super friendly and both wished me well when leaving. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. Seriously a quality experience. Other businesses could take lessons.

Totally worth going here. I’ve been twice and never had to wait more than 20 minutes. All the staff are highly knowledgeable. The doctor makes you feel seen and heard. I would definitely recommend them.
