Walgreens Pharmacy

Sally the pharmacist had terrible attitude. Multiple staff confirmed that my vaccination was booked, however she denied it and told me a called a wrong number, even though my call was transferred to her. Terrible service.

This was the rudest experience I have EVER had an a Walgreens experience! My father had recently passed away and I was in the area to pick up photos because the originally photos we ordered were VERY blurry. We stopped into the store to see if we could get a refund to reorder and the two ladies at the check out were BEYOND rude and had absolutely no SYMPATHY, when we walked into the store and went to the photo center no one approached us for a good few minutes and once they did they asked “ what do you need” when I explained to them my father had passed away not even two days ago I ordered photos for his wake and the manager said “ these photos look extremely old or photos of a photo” when I showed them the digital copies from the iPhone we took them off of she didn’t want to hear it. The pharmacists here act like they genuinely hate helping their customers. People need their medicine for various reasons, you should be kind as you don’t know what those are going through but to just straight be a jerk for no reason is uncalled for. Dealt with two separate pharmacists in a year span and they both acted like I was an idiot.

Honestly, this is the worst pharmacy I went to! The last time I had my prescription sent to them, I had to chase them on the phone because all that the app was telling me was that it was still pending. I spoke with someone who claimed that my prescription would be ready in the next 4 days. I called them back after 4 days because I ran out of pills and this time I spoke to the pharmacist who said that my prescrption was ready and would cost me $327. I told him that I asked for the generic, and his answer was: "we ran out of it 4 months ago, so we gave you the non-generic instead". When I had the nerve to complain and tell him that they could have told me 4 days earlier, he became defensive and almost ranf out on me! And guess, what, this wasn't the first time! I then asked another pharmacy

Never had a problem here. Maybe because I was nice to the workers, it was reciprocated? I’m only speaking from my experience, but I haven’t had the “horrible” experiences that these other people are mentioning. Maybe I’m old school, but being nice works both ways. There was a couple times I had to wait a couple minutes for a cashier, but it was never a dreadful amount of time, and I saw them doing stuff in the aisles so maybe they’re just given too many jobs for one person? If anything that makes me want to be nicer to them.
