JAG Physical Therapy

Had my first consultation appointment today with Tyler & Mal and I already feel a little better (a little sore but better!) Before I left, I made my appointments for the next few weeks with Raquel at the front desk and she was super nice too. I look forward to going back and hopefully having less sciatic pain in the future. Everyone who works there is very friendly and the facility is super clean. It was also super easy to make appointments as they have early hours where I can get in before work.

I was in PT for most of the year addressing chronic lower back pain. From my first day to my last the entire staff tended to my health with patience, empathy, dignity, and professionalism. Erica was my physical therapist and I can say she was awesome and her expertise was instrumental in my recovery. I want to thank the entire JAG team (past and present)for always showing me respect, humanity, and attentiveness, pushing me to push myself to heal. Thank you Erica(and Tyler in Erica’s absence), Julen, Christina, Bri, Jeanette, Rachelle, Danny, and Tara. I will never forget you! Enjoy your holiday season!

Just completed 2.5 months of PT at Jag in Clark and am so grateful for their help in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. Tyler, Erica and staff were outstanding: always professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend Clark Jag!!!

I went to JAG in Clark for the past year and a half for two separate issues - the first after ankle surgery, the second after meniscus surgery. I experienced a fantastic level of care from both Tyler and Erika. I can't say enough good things about both of them and the level of care they gave me. Everyone there, including front office staff and various assistants, were extremely friendly and caring. They were very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend them for any PT needs!

I have been bring both of my boys here for years. Anything from ankle sprains, hamstring strains, neck issues and most recently ACL and meniscus surgery rehab... the communication, care and dedication by the staff is top notch, not to mention the knowledge of Tyler and Erica is impressive... we will not go anywhere else!
